Intertextile was established in 1995, The concept of the exhibition is based on 2 aspects: one is the large request to new style, top grade fabric from China clothes market; another one aspect is the rabid rising of household textile product especially decorative textiles market.

From the visitors to the exhibition,“ Intertextile”has grew into the first on the list that the design and purchasing department of  China’s clothes enterprises will go for purchasing. All fabrics product dealer, wholesaler and agency also put this exhibition on the first to make ordering and understanding international fashion trend. In  2006, Intertextile attracted 52292 exhibition-visitors from 97 countries and regions. Among them, overseas visitors took up about 20%. This also shows thatIntertaxtile was getting more and more international.

During every exhibition, besides formal product exhibition and cooperation discussion, there was also a serious of technical seminar, which included the latest international fashion trend,enterprise new product presentation, and seminar about industy,market,and trading policy held by the exhibition committee.
